I always say, “if there is fruit in a recipe, it MUST be good for you!” Well, this one has lots of vitamin C in it. Just focus on the oranges and cranberries and try not to look at the sugar – OR, just give yourself permission to splurge on something yummy.
This Orange Cranberry Bread would be wonderful for a brunch; or serve as a light dessert with some vanilla ice cream or orange sorbet.
